Sophie and Kiet from Instagram account fitandfood_nl have made a delicious recipe with our Fruitfunk XXL sticks. These healthy bars are suitable for the whole family and are perfect for breakfast, lunch or on the go. The bars are full of proteins and are low in carbohydrates.


-         6 Fruitfunk XXL sticks

-         150 gr nuts

-         50 gr seeds

-         100 gr almond flour

-         2 tablespoons of chia seeds

-         Dash of sunflower oil

-         60 ml honey

-         2 eggs

-         1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

-         Pinch of salt

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Chop the nuts, seeds and XXL sticks into small pieces and mix them together. Add the sunflower oil, honey, eggs, salt, flour, chia seeds and vanilla extract and mix well. Press the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown. Take the dish out of the oven and let it cool down. Cut into pieces and enjoy the healthy bars!
