Shipping and returns 🚀

What are the shipping costs for a package?

Netherlands: €5.99 Shipping costs are waived for orders over €25.
Belgium: €8.49 Shipping costs are waived for orders over €40.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

After receiving your order, we will ship your package within three business days. The delivery time depends on our carrier, PostNL, and you will receive a Track & Trace email so you can track the status of your order.

How do I return my order?

Of course, we hope you're happy with your order. But if there's any reason you'd like to return it, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us

Send an email to webshop@fruitfunk.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Don’t forget to include your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Pack your order

Place the items you wish to return in the shipping box and follow the instructions provided via email.

3. Ship the package

Make sure to send your package within 7 days after contacting us. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

4. Refund

Once we have received your return, we will refund the amount (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days.

I received the wrong product - what should I do?

Oops, receiving the wrong item is of course not intended!

Did you accidentally receive the wrong item? Please let us know at webshop@fruitfunk.com.

We’ll send you the correct product as soon as possible.

We kindly ask you to return the incorrectly delivered item. You’ll receive a return label from us, so you can send it back free of charge.

Supermarkets in NL

At which supermarkets are your products available for purchase?

Our Multibags are available for purchase at Jumbo and Jumbo.com, as well as at Albert Heijn and ah.nl. However, we cannot guarantee that all our products are available in every store location. Please inquire at the store where you do your shopping!

How come there is a price difference?

Albert Heijn and Jumbo set their own prices on the shelf, which is beyond our control.

How do I know if I can eat the product with my allergy?

On the back of the product, you can find the allergens listed. You can also find allergen information on the product pages of our items.

Zijn de producten van Fruitfunk geschikt voor veganisten?

Sure! Our products are made without animal ingredients and are therefore vegan.

Do your products contain gluten/lactose/soy/sulfur dioxide?

In our products, there are generally no gluten, lactose, soy, or sulfur dioxide. However, the Fruitbars and Fruitsticks may contain traces of gluten, lactose, soy, or sulfur dioxide.

Do your products contain nuts or peanuts?

The recipes for our fruit bites (multibags) are free from nuts and/or peanuts. The packaging line for these products is also free from nuts and peanuts; however, products containing nuts and peanuts are processed in the same factory. The fruit bars, fruit sticks, and fruit hearts may contain traces of nuts and/or peanuts.

What is the shelf life of your products?

The products in our webshop always have a minimum best-before date (BBD) of one month – often even longer!

Is the BBD shorter than one month? We’ll always clearly mention this on the product page, along with a matching discount.
