Refund policy
1.1 Withdrawal form
This withdrawal form (hereinafter: “Withdrawal Form”) is offered to you by Fruitfunk B.V., a private company with limited liability under Dutch law, with its registered office in 's-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands, and located at (5222AV) Helftheuvelweg 11, 's-Hertogenbosch , Netherlands, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under registration number 61833177 (hereinafter: “Fruitfunk”).
1.2 Right of dissolution
Based on applicable laws and regulations, you have the right under certain circumstances to terminate ('revoke') a purchase agreement with regard to a Product. You will then get your money back. If your Products are delivered in separate deliveries, this 14-day period starts on the day of the last delivery.
To return a product, you must inform Fruitfunk of your decision to terminate the purchase agreement by an unambiguous statement (for example a letter by post, fax or e-mail). You can use this Withdrawal Form for this, but this is not mandatory.
If applicable: You can also submit this Withdrawal Form online. If you choose this, we will also immediately confirm receipt of this Withdrawal Form electronically.
1.3 Consequences of using the right of termination
Fruitfunk will reimburse all costs, being the price you paid for the Product and the costs of delivery (unless costs have arisen due to your own choice to use a method of delivery other than the cheapest), without undue delay and in any case case no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day we are informed of your decision to return the Products. We will pay this compensation using the same means that you used for your payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not have to incur any costs for receiving this compensation.
Fruitfunk may withhold a refund for your Products until the Products have been received or we have received sufficient evidence of the return of the Products, whichever occurs earlier.
Please be aware that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the Products yourself. In addition, you should be aware that you are liable for any damage to the Product that occurs because you handle it in a manner other than necessary to assess the nature, properties and functioning of the Products.
